ICN to YYZ...SQ vs AC
Asking for some advice/opinions...
I need to fly ICN to YYZ (flying OZ on the way there via ORD...no other choice)
Travels will be in J
I have two options:
1. ICN-SFO on SQ J (777) then SFO-YYZ on AC J (A320)
or
2. ICN-YVR-YYZ on 763 on AC J
Im a new SE and am partially tempted to take option 2 for double miles as I chose the 100% bonus. But how do they calculate miles on this route...is tit ICN-YVR-YYZ or ICN-YYZ. Of course SQ new J is awesome...and it seems a shame to turn it down!
The only other advantage of route 2 is that I get a pod all the way home (although I find them stuffy and hot at times..) vs a domestic J from SFO-YYZ if I take SQ.
I should mention that I fly AC J alot and its nice. I flew the new SQ J once before and it is a class above...
thoughts? what would you do?
