I have in the last 3 days had some successes and a failure at getting LNF to work.

On Wednesday I was successful in getting 2 stays in Phoenix agreed and so reducing the rates down to a very low figure in one case.

On Thursday I was unsuccessful on getting a stay in DC in November on the grounds that the comparsion site did not instant book the room for me. The same site was used as a comparsion on one of the wednesday stay.

So should I feel lucky that they, LNF team, let me have the rate for the Wednesday booking or should I go back and argue that I had a successful claim the day before using that site?

And why is it only NA that you can have voucher bookings for comparsion purposes and not the whole world?
