It depends on who is booking. If you are then where do you want to go, otherwise I would try Singapore.
London is great. But we do appear to have some odd weather at the moment. Who knows what this year will bring. It depends on what you class as towards the end of the year. It seems to snow in November. Dont want to have the company camped in LHR.
I would also worry about Currency situation. What is certain this year will bring a lot of uncertainty. We dont know your companies situation, sometimes the boring is easiest.
