Malaysia Airlines Enrich Status Reset for 2011
Just wondering for those who have maintained Elite status with Enrich by Malaysia Airlines for this year. Has your Enrich account been reseted yet for 2011 re-qualification. My account still shows 80,789 Elite miles and in my account activity page there is no indication of "card renewal" like the previous years. Qualification for Enrich Gold is just 50k elite miles and i have accumulated more than that in 2010 to renew my gold status. Have they recently change re-qualification requirements? I travelled on the 3rd Jan 2011 from Kuala Lumpur to London and i've got 9,881 elite miles so far for 2011 and it has just added into last year's elite qualification.
I've emailed Enrich and they have yet to get back to me and i'm in London for a few months and London has no Enrich Department. So i was just wondering if other Enrich members are having the same problems or is it just me?
