Pre departure
Was check in quick and efficient? Connecting through FRA.
Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient? Not required.
Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? Used the Senators Lounge
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? Was offered and enforced. Quite efficient.
If there was a delay, did the gate agent provide timely updates? 10 Minute delay, which was made up in flight. Update given by the captain.

Onboard - J cabin:
Were the crew professional & well groomed? Most were, SD wasnt that professional in my opinion.
If there was a delay, were you provided with timely updates? Yes, by the Captain
Was the IFE activated on the ground? Yes
Was a pre-departure beverage offered on the ground? Offered and accepted.
Did crew offer to hang your jacket? Not required. Though I saw them hang many.
Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)? Meal orders were taken on the ground.
Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service? Yes
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) 1.5 hours
How was the quality of all the meals? Excellent quality. Appreciate the four choices of mains.
Did the cabin crew continiously top up the beverage of your choice throughout the flight? Never been offered so many drinks in my life.

Post departure
If you have checked baggage, did it arrive within reasonable period of time? Bag was third out with the priority tags.
Overall experience/any other comments

Saw SD rolling her eyes at a few customers when they werent looking. Also she made quite the odd announcement. "if your overhead bin is full, please close it. They are quite heavy. If it is too heavy for you to close by yourself, ask a friend for help."

Just didnt seem all that professional to me.
