I've done that for class of service - company paid Y, and with the IATAN card J was 25% of the published fare. Not too bad a deal. Still do it without the card when it makes sense.
I'm not actually in the situation right now - where I'm working 80% of the options are in my mileage program favor, but it was a question that popped into my head this afternoon and I wanted to see if there were any "a-ha" experiences out there!
