DME-IAD showing 2pm, but that doesn't seem realistic.

Tough time to be in UA ops!
A little extra background on the situation at Moscow Domodedovo (DME). The airport closed on Sunday morning due to a power outage (English article here). On Saturday, the Moscow region received a freezing rain storm, which of course turned into ice when the temperature dropped. Icing at a power substation and downed wires led to the outage at DME.

As of last (Sunday) night, partial power was restored, and domestic flights resumed flying. DME's website (www.domodedovo.ru) is bad and slow at the best of times, and is particularly unreliable at this time.

The Sunday service of UA 965 DME-IAD shows cancelled on UA.com. SVO's web site (www.svo.aero) does not show the ferry flight from SVO to DME, though other ferry filghts show up. Does anyone have more information on this flight, and whether a special flight will be operated to take these pax to IAD?

EDIT: UA flight status now shows yesterday's DME-IAD flight going out today at 1630, arriving IAD at 1945 as UA 9810. Russian news media are reporting that DME is now 80 percent operational.

EDIT 2: Mayhem rules at both DME and SVO, as flights continue to be delayed. UA 9810 is now set to depart at 1930, but we should perhaps believe it when the wheels are up.
