DL 268 had an in-flight galley fire and fuel pump malfunctions requiring a divert back to JFK. Sunday's flight is showing delayed until Mon AM at 9:30 AM. Glad it had a safe landing.
I've found that the AV Herald isn't usually reliable. If you look at the news regarding this flight every report calls it a smokey oder, nothing about fire or faulty avionics. If there was a fire they would have landed without delay or dumping fuel.
