If you are lucky. I am not sure it is worth the hassle for the occasional free ticket/admirals club pass. You have to track and follow almost every posting, for months. Or they will not post. You won't even get an email for 3-4 months, and then you have to try to remember all the ones you have already requested and which you haven't.
