GSM phones do interfere with communications.
Not on plane. Consumer and aviation frequencies are on a completely different spectrum. And this separation is clearly very purposeful.
It is possible that if you took your cell phone and put it literally right up to the radio in the flight deck, you might hear a little low-level electrical interference, but that's never going to happen...
