Researching the same question for a vacation next month.
FS Bosphorus seems to be the best choice, but beyond that, the following seem to be credible options. I"ll let others on this board comment on their opinions:
- Park Hyatt
- Cirgan Palace
- Ritz Carlton
- Swissotel?
