Aren't the Hyatt prices there always stratospheric? l have noticed a lot of 'optimism' in general in Hawaii hotel prices in general. Evidently someone must be doing really well to be able to afford the rates. They obviously don't work with me.
I suspect most people buy discounted packages (think costco, pleasant holidays etc) and now with reduced inventory due to remodeling there isn't much left to sell direct so they price it sky high...
