For the airline's sake; I hope AC Agent Marion was among the first on their list. For Canada3000's sake I hope they don't hire her. Perhaps she can go work for Gordon Campbell and continue to trample upon the civil liberties of British Columbians
But more seriously, I have indeed met some very helpful and friendly AC staff, even before the merger. I cannot recall meeting a helpful or friendly AC manager. Perhaps this decision will serve the airline well vis-a-vis customer service.
