If you're talking about the Priority Pass lounge access card then no, I'm pretty sure that you don't get priority boarding with any airline. If it were true, I'm pretty sure that Priority Pass's website would make some mention of it ... but they don't, so I think you've been fed incorrect information. Many airlines have the concept of a 'priority boarding pass' but these are unrelated to the lounge access card ... perhaps this is where the confusion comes from?
