Actually it is only the infants that require paper, the accompanying adults
can/must have e-tix.
And this is only for some carriers, not all.
( We did infants AE ticket on UA/TG - that was electronic,
infant ticket on AC only - that was electronic
infant ticket on AC/CA - required paper)
