Hyatt has recently introduced a $35 fee to stay in a "Smoke Friendly" room. (Seriously, who came up with that gem?)
Thanks Hyatt, but I'll be taking my business to another chain until you get rid of this rediculous fee.
Just out of curiosity, is there a reason that you can't go outside and smoke? Do you need to be in your room?.....
