How long does it take for upgrade options to appear in MMB? I thought it was instant ish, but made a booking a few hours ago LHR-GVA and the upgrading options are greyed out, both for this flight and the return from ZRH. The very nice BAEC person I spoke to quoted (for a one-way upgrade) £173 plus £60 as an upgrade fee (due to ticket conditions) but I was rather hoping for a £80-100 CE upgrade to appear in MMB.
I get "We regret that it has not been possible to retrieve the full itinerary details required to enable you to change your booking on ba.com. Please contact your local British Airways office." when clicking on the greyed out option.
