This looks somewhat ambiguous, and I am wondering if in fact we now get the surcharge for Aeroplan.
In my experience, it is hit or miss actually getting the points credited, and it takes a lot of time to follow up. I wouldn't mind the charges if it means I know I'm getting the points without hassle
