Resort Charge Policy
There is a daily 13% resort charge includes access to fitness center, tennis and transportation to local court, pool concierge and resort activities: popsicle service, water-spritzing, CD players, magazines, stock quotes dance lessons, picture memories, variety of water toys, kids activities, stargazing, movie night, parent’s night off, cooking with chef and storytelling.

Looks as if they have settled on $25 being the resort charge for award bookings instead of 13%. They might have to substitute for access to the fitness center for Platinums, if the hotel owns and operates it.
