I was going to post this as "a fabulous flight experience" when I realized that really, why isn't this normal? Have we become so conditioned to accept people not doing their jobs, and to expect misery that when all the stars actually align we think we've had a great experience?
This is what passes for "Concorde Service". I am happy with just a smile from the TSA/CATSA person.
