The computer assistance line should be renamed "phone number of false hope"
Agreed on Aeroplan uselessness. However remember that AC and Aeroplan are now different businesses. Aeroplan sucks big time and we should pray for its demise. (I know, unlikely to happen too soon. Still, does not hurt to spread the word.)
