Hilton is out for UA miles.
NW miles don't expire. (My wife's account is still active without any activity in the last five years.)
UA is offering a promotion for 1000 bonus miles if you get an online statement. There is also a Chris Everet 500 miles promotion that is still going on. They may help you to refresh that account.
