Actually thats not correct. The 2nd sweep typically runs at 4pm Arizona time. So it would not have run by the time of your original post. Also, as has been shown many times, receiving or not receiving the emails is generally not a reflection of if the upgrade system is working or not. Plus there are times in which the emails are greatly delayed from the time the system processes to when the email is sent.
