When the St. Regis asked for comments about my recent stay, I included all of the things I loved about my time there, but also mentioned my not-so-great experience as a diner there. They contacted me promptly to apologize and said they had brought the issue to the staff's attention. They also noticed that I've booked a longer, two-person stay in October, and they said they would make sure that we were upgraded to a Deluxe Suite and given breakfast credits all the days that we will be staying there.
I'm very impressed with how the management and staff really want each guest's stay to be outstanding. We're very much looking forward to our stay in October. I highly recommend this resort, and am very happy with how St. Regis addressed the comments I shared with them. Way to go, St. Regis and Starwood!
