When I was in college before I worked for CO, I paid $500 for IAH-BOI roundtrip. There was a stop in SLC both ways and the SLC-BOI-SLC legs were operated by DL. CO later offered IAH-BOI direct but it was short lived. That was the most I paid for a ticket on CO. The cheapest was IAH-DEN roundtrip for spring break one year.. that was $175. I also used miles once and only paid a $10 surcharge.
