So far I have received 7 identical mails telling me of a HIGH CHANCE TO UPGRADE TO BUSINESS! It seems they are automatically generated every 14 days.
I did sign up very early because I didn't read the fine print (they charge the entire amount - not just the handling fee - immediately).
