I just want to say thank you to all... as because of FlyerTalk, I was be able to read this thread and realized my flight from YYZ-YVR-HKG (leaving YYZ at 8:15p) on Dec 11th had changed. It was an reward ticket and the direct YYZ-HKG was not available when I book this ticket earlier this year. I used the excuse of an unexpected hotel stay over at Vancouver and they were be able to change my ticket to the YYZ-HKG on Dec 11th at no charge!!!
