Room service...is included in the price and nearly unlimited (though one guest was charged for a $1,000 order of caviar).
occupied about 25% of the year...guests are usually billionaire businessmen traveling with their significant others
big parties such as weddings and corporate events are not allowed. The hotel limits the number of people in the room to about 10 at one time to reduce wear and tear.
The hotel keeps files on all return guests detailing their habits and favorite food, drink and even toilet paper...If the guest is coming to the hotel for the first time...Employees also scour the Internet for clues
25% x 365 > 91.25 x $35K = $3.2MM ... vs $50MM
(plus maintenance and inclusions)
ah, does that figure include initial finishing.. if so most of that should not be included when discussing the actual cost of the suite itself.
