member must complete AAdvantage mileage conversions with eligible AAdvantage program hotel participants between 12:00 am CDT June 14, 2010 and 11:59 pm CDT June 30, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”)

So once we have initiated the request we are covered?
What if it takes choice longer than June 30 to post the points?

I find it hard to believe that without a fight that AA will award bonus after June 30
