Ok, put it on hold. Turns out it's not possible to combine. They would have to book separate award tickets for HA HNL-OGG at 20k a piece. I'd probably be better off just paying for these. How does this work when I arrive at HNL? Do I have to pick up my luggage and check-in again for the HNL-OGG flight since its a separate ticket? Or will everything somehow make it through TPA-IAH-HNL-OGG?
