I seem to have shared all the problems that have been identified in the previous posts with chasing double points.

I also had to chase car hire double points, after initially being informed, using the secure message system, that car hire did not qualify!

I wish they would give a definitive list of which companies are included. Double points have been swiftly corrected after contact, but no 20000 MR points for the £500.00 point spend yet, which I am now chasing up.

On the whole I am tired of constant phone calls and messages to them, but now the double points are posting automatically, I shall stick with the card, especially as I now have 5 weeks in America where the spending should accrue double points, I hope!

I don't understand why Tesco petrol accrues triple points though.
