I can't believe AA got the code wrong for San Salvador on its website:
Passengers may elect to fly into or out of San Salvador (SAN).
That should be SAL.
Depending on where someone wants to go in Guatemala, San Salvador is a (comparatively) reasonable five-hour trip from Guatemala City. No fun if GUA is your destination, of course.
