So the kiosks are now going to be built into the counter rather than free-standing? Interesting. I always liked the free-standing set-up, which I found much more efficient than when they're at the counter. For whatever reason, when kiosks are at the counter, people seem disinclined to walk up to them and instead stand in line waiting for an agent to direct them to a kiosk. No such problem when they're free-standing.
