I called TF last Sunday to check on the credit.

The rep says - I see the issue. There is a note on your file that says no credits earned because you need to spend $34.99 - your arrangements are $34.95.

I looked back at the promotional page. Nope, says $34.95. Also, since the promo is still running I can see right on your site that the arrangement I ordered for $34.95 says one credit and when I ordered the site said I earned 1 credit.

She passed along to another department. She read me the comments she was going to send to them.

Email #1: We can't find the promo code you used. Can you let us know. Hum, original rep sent it to, but here it is. I also included the link to the TF webpage that gives the code and shows arrangements are still 1 credit.

Email #2: We can't seem to find your order. Do you have your order number? Hum, original rep found all of them with my phone number. But, ok - here they are.

So....my question for the person that did order during the 1 credit promo. How much was your arrangement.

And for the person that suggested we call review Chase to ensure gives double credit for partner purchases.....thanks. They didn't give me the partner credits for these purchases!

All in all - I will still get my CP, just a month later than I wanted and flight needing to be paid for.
