I did not cherry pick these cities. They just popped in my mind. Sure, it is a limited sample set but it is definitely random. And, while it is a limited sample set, those are some pretty big cities, no? (What did I miss?)
How many cities is CO the cheapest (or even second cheapest)?
Also, I listed all non-stops. So, I didn't exclude any non-stops unless it was a code share and the same price was available for the carrier operating the flight (i.e., orbitz had UAL as flying NYC-BOS but obviously that is US Air).
