Sorry to sound cynical (I'm going to anyway) but:
What is 'definitive' about this thread?
Why is this thread a sticky?
Why does anyone think Delta will pay more attention to this thread over the 5,000 ongoing NSRA or B/E or SWU/PMU certificate threads this forum already has?
