Your medication and it's purpose are none of the TSA's business. As long as the container is marked in a way to indicate that its medicine, they are forbidden from handling it and you are under no obligation to discuss what it is, what's it's for, where you got it, etc. If they ask you, then ask to see their medical or pharmacy license or authority which grants them the right to diagnose or treat a disease.
