Of course you can have a glass of wine in the US when you're under 21 or even under 18. All you need is a fake ID (which most US teenagers have).
Given that you recommend people use fake (or other people's) boarding passes to fraudulently obtain lounge access, I'm amazed you overlooked this simple fact.
