21C and 21H become new "exit" seats in E+ minus not moveable armrest (only right armest is fixed for storage of PTV), although I think if I have a choice I would still stick with 20 ABJK, as you may still have two people next to you need to get out. And the third favorite will probably last row of E+, where it has 2 seats by the window.
All in all, not too bad even it had lost 21HJ on XC and XI.
