I can totally relate to the security checkpoint anxiety. I've slowly gotten better, but there's just no way to do it elegantly. (Note to self: ALWAYS travel wearing slip-on shoes.) Though having travelled with a very infrequent travelling friend a couple of weekends ago, I realized just how far along I've come in my journey towards super-efficient navigation of security check obstacles - despite no queue, he took a solid 10 minutes to get through. That's 10 minutes that could have been spent sampling the unparalleled joys and extravagant opulence of the US Airways Club at BUF...
