If your NGO-NRT flight is one of those international flights, you won't earn 2x FOPs because it's not a domestic flight.

For your CLT flight, it is not a Japan domestic flight, so you won't earn 2x FOPs and I am not sure if you will earn the 400 FOPs bonus either as it is an AA operated fight. But I have never travelled on a JL coded AA operated flight before so I could be wrong...

Thanks for the info, but it still seems ridiculously complicated.
