I would actually think you would get to sit up front anyways and get the highest class possible for a domestic SAS flight; namely Economy Extra. This is the class that's hiding under the fare buckets usually reserved for business.
It is as you describe it though, just sitting up front in the same kinds of seat. You will get food/snacks though and also get some of the perks of business; priority boarding, extra luggage and fast track security.
I am not 100% positive on that you will end in that class though, as I am not familiar with reward bookings through AC. Someone else might know more about that though.

Actually I am in doubt about this. I was referring to domestic Denmark routes. Does SAS-Norway not even have Economy Extra? I see different 'classes' than I've ever seen with SAS; 'Happy', 'Flex' and 'Full Flex'
