No,
LY Insider is not an official LY rep on FT, they do not have one, and while he/she do work for LY (so they claim) they are not very active on here (50 posts in over 2.5 years...).

joshwex90, we have spoken about creating a proper LY guide on here for ages but no one has had the time to do it...
The information you have posted so far is a little all over the place, and so I would have probably waited until I had it all sorted and in context but I'm sure you will sort that out in time.
