Tracking the tail number and talking to the agent at check-in, after the plane landed at EWR, it went to SAV last night. Then SAV - EWR this morning as scheduled.
But, SAV - EWR is scheduled to arrive EWR at 8:47 AM, and CO 2295 is scheduled to depart EWR at 7:29 AM, so obviously something else is/was amiss. Shenanigans? - for those still taking a drink when that word is posted.
Tail number tip solved one issue, but now I'm stuck as to the "reall reason".
Just to further add, CO 2295 was cancelled Tuesday for the snow (understandable), and was almost two hours late yesterday "waiting on crew". Now almost two hours late today for some reason. Obviously, I'll watch this flight because I fly to GSP 3-4 times per year.
