In that case I'd escalate the issue very high. "Undeserved" 1,5k? Right deduct it, whatever. But do they really, really want to lose one of their top 1% customers (as you're RA)?
On a more general note - sometimes it pays not to be too greedy. I did 1 quiz/lang, and so far so good (touch wood)
