I'll respond to my own post. I ate at the following restaurants in the Beau Rivage during my stay:

Snack - basic quick food; had a Club sandwich which was average - lousy bacon on it. Had to stand in line, but service was relatively fast.

Terrace Cafe - ordered a hamburger which was fairly decent.

Roasted Bean - a basic coffee shop; had a tea, OJ, and a rather bland blueberry muffin.

BR Prime - the upscale steakhouse. Food was average. Service was good. Give props to the sommelier for informing me about wines that were not on the list and I wound up ordering one of those. Food & wines are overpriced.

Memphis Q - I didn't eat there, but several colleagues did and they all said it was mediocre.
