For long haul 77A flights in F, are two FAs always on duty? Don't they take shifts, which leaves only one available at certain times?

What if a passenger requested to have their meal (not snack) in the middle of a flight when the other FA is not on duty?

With only one FA available to handle the whole meal service (i.e. preparing & serving), wouldn't the entire meal take much longer to complete?
