Yep, if the customers don't want them, they don't want them. I don't understand why they don't want them, these things are so much handier than bills, but people want what they want. If it's worth the bother, he could ask if they want all or some of the change in coins. I bought a pinball machine on Ebay and had a guy come in to check it out and help me set it up; when he gave me the invoice I asked if he wanted some of the money in coins. He said I could pay the whole thing in coins, so I gave him a nice mixture. He was looking at them, saying they were cool. So that worked out great.
