Thrifty at LAX
Hi, first of all I want to introduce myself.. I'm Mariano from Argentina... I was reading many threads and got some good information from that, I hope in the future I can help you as well..
Now, here's my question...
I've made a reservation for a convertible at this location for just 199/week for 12 days... The total including taxes give me something about 450...pretty good deal
The problem is I'm 24 years old and also I need to buy some insurance...
Under 25-fee is 25/day
LDW is 15/day
If you multiply for 12 days the total goes to 930... not so good deal
What would you do to minimize this costs? any idea? We are coming from Argentina and our trip was organized to be driving around California in our convertible
