I usually go for tasteless over the pasta, as the calories in the pasta must be north of 1000-1200 if you eat the whole thing.
The shrimp apps have been very nice, I wish I could get a plateful for my entree, along with some sauteed/steamed vegetables.
It's interesting that while even fast food restaurants and makers of junk food are offering healthy options, AA continues to focus on high fat, high calorie.
